The Communist Party is still existing in Russia, China, Cuba and other countries because they feel that it is still the system for a government and state vis-a-vis the people.

Yes, except they have now joined in with the democrat party and are making more progress taking over the democrat party than they ever did on their own. Hillary is their number one choice. The last election they backed John Kerry.

They are the World Workers Party or something like that now. They fund and organize most of the big anti USA and anti war demonstrations.

Yes, the party is still around. Worldwide they took a hit after the fall of the iron curtain but they are still fairly influential, just think of China.
