I am thinking of making them my new service provider. Can anyone tell me how they have been dealt with by the costomer services Dept ? This will help me to decide wether to swich or not. Thanks

They are all about the same == total cr*p, so you might as well choose who-ever is cheapest..

NP Power thought I was a business - result loads of over charged bills - was told in March it would be sorted in 6 weeks - try 3 Months but only after I threatened legal action against them for harassment after they passed the bills on to debt services.
Now my "business account" is in credit for a couple of thousand and my personal account is running up thousands in debt - confused so am I
