In middle eastern countries?

where people wear alot of sandals, is it still customary to wash the feet of your guests??

No the guests should wash their own feet if it is dirty.But if the
guests wear shoes they should take off their shoes and do not need to wash their feet.

mary Magdalene washed Jesus feet once. She was told off for it by others but Jesus commended her for it.
