When I was young and used to play the game with my lil friends... we thought Free Parking was just.... Free parking! That there was nothing to do when you landed there and just waited till the next turn came around!
Now that I know better, I do play the game with the rule.
But the game is far more interesting and fair and takes much longer if that rule is not followed.

Yes, although I never seem to land on it, and everyone else does. It's like I'm the only one who lands on Go To Jail. We play that one with a difference. You get half the fine or community Serice.

Yes it's great to see the winning side, who have hotels on Mayfair and Park Lane, get stuck for repairs. Then I land on free parking.

Of course I do thought that was the rule !!! That free parking space has saved me the game a few times wouldn't be with out it. !!!

Yeah that's the best rule! We once had an amazing kitty.....My mate finally got it after about 2 hours playing....needless to say she one the game by bankrupting us....gutted!

Yes we do that , we put it in the middle of the board and who ever lands on free parking gets it all. ^_^ DJ
