you make me laugh girl! =)
i fight mine by writing poetry and short stories, paragraphs etc.
often as a result my writing is darker that i actually feel, but that to me is a sign that i am venting the anger of the demons inside me...
i bleed them out in ink and put words to the darkness in the hopes it will make sense..

I just do the absolute best I can, and also I try to avoid getting really, really drunk as that seems to magnify my bad side immensely.
