i remarried my husband when we first got divorced i was granted the house but i never got him to sign over the house to me now we are getting divorced again and he now wants half of the house..is he entitled to that or does the old divorce decree prevail

Divorced, remarried to the same, divorced again
to the same and now you want the house again,
the paperwork will stand unless laws in your state
was changed. However he will probably try and
get his half anyway, so be prepared for a good
lawyer in case he takes u to court. Good luck and
next time before you remarry the same person
think a little longer please.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you got it last time, you'll get it again. If you don't, you can try after you marry him a third time.
