The very center of the earth's inner core. This point should theoretically be the hottest point, as well as the most solid point, as this is where the cumulative force of the surrounding mass comes together.

About 4000 miles directly beneath your feet. If you mean where the centre of the global map is then I say Greenwich. All the Longitude lines start from it and so does time so its probably the most important place in the world.
