OMG My pet conure Jack, who we discovered was actually a female, was hysterical. Whenever the phone rang she would go "HEL-lo." I had an old lady who lived next door to me and everyday she would yell across the yard, C-A-R-O-L! and because she was hard of hearing I would yell back W-H-A-T? When I wasn't home, the bird would answer her back with W-H-A-T? and the neighbor lady would get angry that I didn't talk to her. But the funniest thing ever, was when I was out one day and my sister came to the door and knocked. The darn bird kept yelling "Come in!" My sister answered "The door is locked!" The bird kept saying "Come in!" My sister repeated the door was locked and asked for someone to open the door. When no one unlocked the door she knocked again. The bird yelled "Come in!" Eventually my sister realized that I wasn't home and Jack had added a few new words to her vocabulary. LOL

The next door neighbours bird is hilarious, when ever he sees anyone in our backyard he screams "what ya doing Bob?" Bob was the guy who lived there before us... he also gives us a sexy whistle every now and then too!

"Tweety Nerd the dirty bird." My son was trying to get him to say" Purdy bird the tweety nerd."
But he got it out of sorts. So his name was changed from "Purdy" to "Tweety".
