tell me that in your culture what is the sacred number or anamous number? why? and in your eyes what is the best and the worst number? why?

My favorite number is 13... Most people consider it unlucky. Since I'm not superstitious, I chose 13 so I could really bug the folks that are.

I guess as a Christian, The Sacred #'s would be 33 because that is the age Jesus died, & 7 because of the Sacrements.
Bad # would be 666 because it is the number of the devil.
A lot of people do not like the # 13 because they think it is a bad luck number.
7 and 11 have something to do with good luck in gambeling, I do not know why.
I personally like the #'s 7( # of people in my family) 26 day I was born on. 82 year I got married.

Personally, my favorite number has always been 7. Many reasons for that; one being from an artist's point of view, it's an aesthetically pleasing shape. It seems like the number 13 has always been around, signifying both good and bad. But that's what I see and know.

I seem to be drawn to the number 5. It just seems lucky to me. The number 13 would be the most common unlucky number in Western society and the number 7 would be the luckiest. To me, there are truly now lucky or unlucky numbers, just what ever feels right.

Well, umm...my favorite number is 8 or anything related to 8 like 18, 28, 38, ....etc.
It is my lucky number....
Why?
1. I was 8th honors last year when I was grade 6 (okay...but not good...I'm 1st year high school now)
2. My control number in a Division contest for Journalism; news writing field....8 was my control number.....I won 1st!
3. My control number in a Regional contest for Journalism; news writing field....18 was my control number....I won 5th place!!! (5th out of 50 something)
4. My control number in a Science Quiz Bee was 8 and I won 4th place!!!
5. wHILE TAKING EXAMINATIONS for High School (it is for sectioning. Whether you are in 1st section, 2nd section etc....), my number was 188 and guess what???
Not only did I pass for 1st section, I was 1st place! 1st out of 500 something students who took the 2nd screening (the sectioning)!!!
Great huh?
i always think that 666 is a bad number....during JUNE 6, 2006 (6/6/06)...I got soooo many fails in tests...I hate that day!

The number 3 because 3 is the most balanced of all numbers. A three legged stool does not wobble, an equilateral triangle is balanced on all sides, etc.

My favourite number is "69." It is the symbol of my zodiac sign "the crab or cancer." It is a very spirtual number and symbol.
These double digits are also a symbol of a very intimiate bonding between two people.
