My boyfriend and I just broke up. We had plans to marry. I can hardly breath. I really loved him and now it's over.

I can completely understand the pain you are feeling right now. It's intense and overwhelming, but life has a funny way of working itself out. What was meant to be will be and what was not will not. I honestly believe there is a reason for everything in our lives and it may take a while to understand it or you may never realize it, but things change. We just have to get up everyday, breath in and out and go on with our lives.
Something good is going to happen to you and this pain will ease with time.

Aww, I'm sorry! I feel your pain! Whenever I find someone that I think loves me and cares for me, they use me or leave me. It does hurt really badly when someone that you love so much is no longer there for you. It feels like you've been stabbed in the heart and like your world is going to end. Trust me, things will get better. Maybe he wasn't "the one" but you will find the right guy for you someday. If you were really meant to be together, then you'll find each other again someday. I wish you the best of luck, and try to remain positive, I know it's hard but let that smile shine through! =)

do some excersize and start to do things that will make you feel better about yourself, these are the times in which you can pamper yourself and not feel guilty later on. but try not to think of it too much, the excersize will help getting the mind off it and ease the stress...and do not spend it being lazy on the couch eating or not doing anything because you'll add to your depression. i'm not going to tell you things will get better, because things like this are like scars but only you can ease your own pain, other people can't help you through it

If it's in fact a permanent break-up, you will feel like crap for a while. In time, you'll get over him and be able to move on.

For now, spend as much time as possible with your closest girlfriends. If you can, have them over to your place to watch movies you like, drink some wine and talk about what jerks men are.

Whatever you do, do it with your friends and loved ones.

Oh, I know how you feel right now, but there is nothing to say to ease the pain. I wish there was a formula to let it go away. But all I can say, one day it will be better ...day after day a bit ! That's for sure :-)

My thoughts are with you , I am sorry that that's happened to you. If there is no way to make amends I recommend completely cutting ties to avoid hurting yourself again. Go have some ice cream! It is great aphrodisiac food.
