Why is it my heroes in Guild wars can't bond me?

Heroes are better than Henches, but not much better.

You can manually tell them to use skills if you need to. Open their skill menu by clicking the number next to their name, you can then trigger a skill and the hero in question will use it on your current target.

It also seems that Heroes have a preference in skills and prioritize skills from left to right.

I have the same problem with some of my heroes. It's because the AI doesn't know how to properly use builds.
