Well, this is what your free time looks like
Sun - whole day until 11P
Mon 7A - 11P
Tue 7A - 745P
Wed 1145A-715P, then 1015P until thu AM
Thu 1145A - 11P
Fri,Sat off

The important thing is keeping your sleep schedule as consistent as possible. The most consistent time you have off is bet 12 noon to 7P. I recommend you sleep between that time.
You have to factor in your travelling time plus the time it takes for you to get ready to leave or go to bed. I hope you live really close to work and school. You might want to sleep a little earlier on Tue. Wed is tricky but you could pull a nap later that night. Try to get at least 5 hours of sleep a day and you'll be able to survive. Try to keep your schedule consistent even on weekends. It won't be the same as getting a whole night's rest but you can recover on your offdays. Studying will also be a challenge, but if you can do most of your schoolwork from Fri to Sun you should also be able to cope. If you are having difficulty adjusting to the schedule, try a sleep aid like Benadryl for the 1st couple of weeks only, if that doesn't work try to get something from your doc.
Of course, if you can find a way to change your work schedule, that would be best.

You'll sleep best in a dark room, get room darkening shades if you have windows.
You need quiet also, make sure you can block out all noise, maybe run a fan or wear earplugs. Turn off your phone everyone can wait until your awake.
Practice relaxing techniques.
There should be plenty of resources on line.
