Clue is my traditional favorite, but I like to play Gobblet with my kids. Gobblet is like tic-tac-toe, but with a 4 grid and stacking cups that can cover each other or move around on the board. It's simple enough for a 4 year old to play, but challenging enough because of the memory skills and strategies. I also like Pente (5 in a row with little glass beads).

Settler's of Catann is a trading game made of Hex tiles that allows each game to be different. Settler's is a 3-4 player game that I highly recommend. You can always fall back on Sorry, a great game for anyone.

I have two favorite games. One is 'Pictionary' and the other is 'Sounds Off'. Both games needs two teams and the idea is to guess staffs. I found those really entertaining!
