Dogs, horses, family, friends, ice cream, chocolate, sunshine, beach, laying out and tanning, butterflies, harmony, peace, love, success, self-actualization, veterinary medicine, God, church, the power of positive thinking, and many more.

My kids, my family, taking off my bra at the end of the day, a positive balance in my check book after the bills are paid, vacations that include a beach, my friends that help me laugh till I pee, my ability to hope, visiting the people I help care for and leaving them in a better frame of mind than I found them, finding a dollar at the bottom of my purse that I forgot, sunsets full of color, the smell of summer after it rains, the smell of winter after a snowstorm, a perfectly cooked Porterhouse steak, a wonderful book that leaves me wanting to know more, crossword puzzles that take 3 weeks to finish- but I get the answers!, my favorite quilt wrapped around me on a cold morning when I can roll over and go back to sleep, making love with a trusted and beloved partner and then us both wrapping up in the quilt to laze away the morning.
