"What might be some of the reasons for a tourist leaving a tour before it is finished? How should a guide handle this?
1.The reason due to personal illness,job or urgent matter at home and some special reason. After discussion of the travel and organizing agencies,the tourist can quit the tour group and obtain a refund for the services not yet received..
2.The tourist has no special reason,just beacuse some request can't satisfy,the guide should persued them not to quit the group. If due to our obligation,we should try our best to make up.If the tourist put forward unreasonable request and insist that he is unable to obtain a refund for the service not yet received.
3.If the travel agency and services are too bad,it can lead the whole tour group to quit,this condition is too troublesome,and it can be deal with according to regulation."

4.If due to disaster,tour group or tourists request to quit early. At that moment,the tourists may quit,but the travel agency can't answer for the loss.
5.The tour guide should assist tourist with booking flight,seat and dealing with the departure of visa,other procedure of quitting the tour group,the tourist should pay for themselves."
