Drinking and driving is a crime , driving while tired is just plain stupid, but at least you might have the sense to pullover and rest before you continue. drunk drivers think they are invincible, when really they are just plain stupid too.

This is not going to be popular, but I think driving half asleep is just as bad or worse than driving drunk. While you are still responsible for your actions when drunk, there comes a point when your judgment is impaired, and you may not realize that you shouldn't be driving. If you are tired, you know it. You shouldn't begin driving if you're sleepy and if you start to become sleepy while driving, you should pull over to a safe rest stop as soon as possible. Both of these actions have the same result-putting lives in danger.

Definitely both because many people especially to the men were always to having a drunk while they driving and when they having a half asleep while they driving on their way home from they attending the party etc and this is might be a cause a vehicular accident and they were died on the spot and they having an arrest like the incident of young socialite Paris Hilton was arrest due to that she was drunken while she was driving and she ending of her prison and but later on she was released from her prison and that's why until now many stubborn people were not to following the traffic rules and regulations in their respective countries and sometimes they having an end of the prison due to drunken while they driving or paying fine for the traffic violations out there and I think we should to approved of our government to their bill for the traffic rules and regulations and we should to follow it the traffic rules and regulations in our country

Also, being drunk is like being 80-90% asleep.

Yesterday at night me and my freind were driving around, and the car in front of us was weaving and driving off the lanes etc. Obviously he was drunk off his *** and yet the car passed by a cop and he didn't get caught.

when I'm driving drunk, I pay more attention to the road than when I'm sober. I don't want to get pulled over and get a dui. then again, i guess it depends how drunk you are

Both are dangerous. I have had a couple very close calls driving extremely tired.
