mrpaulg67 - No, I did not say tattos are the root of evil. I did not even say anything close to that. Root of evil came from the crazy, disturbed person who e-mailed me.

Sadly some people just don't have any manners. I would not let this persons rudeness bother me. Just smile knowing it bothers them more or they wouldn't have acted that way.

Well that all depends did they get their tatoos at 21 or 61. My Grandfather had tatoos but he got them in the army when he was young.
I got tatoos now and when I get to be a Grandfather I'll still have them unless of course I get them removed.
And I agree tattos and piercings are not the root of evil "The Love of money is the root of all evil"
To answer your question, Don't let it bother you

Well, what do you think of grandparents having tattoos? There is obviously more to your question than you are posting. We only have one side of this - your side.

I have several tattoos and piercings. If you were critical of me because of my body art, then yes, I would take offense. The fact that you would "judge a book by its cover" is shallow. You have obviously struck a nerve with somebody.

Nope, don't let it bother you. It may be upsetting, especially if you're sensitive, but the way I see it, you have two choices. Either be upset by it, or don't be upset by it. So I say, don't be upset by it.

Keep in mind that a lot of people are able to say things over the internet, because they're not looking at you face-to-face. This guy would never have the nerve to say this to anyone on the street.

DOES it bother you?

Why would you ask others how YOU should FEEL?
(Actually forget I asked you that.)

Hear this: DON'T ask others how you should feel.
Honor and respect YOURSELF, including all your feelings - and you will then directly experience Life for yourself - instead of asking how others think you "should".

If you actually said that "tatoos are the root of evil", I'd run to the nearest mental health facilitiy to get your brain checked.
If you need to catch a taxi, I'd be glad to give you the money.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Some people are very touchy about thier tattoos because of the stigma that society puts on them (whether you realize it or not, you are probably treating someone with tattoos differently than those without). They just got defensive when they read your question. Don't worry about it. People like to hide behind their computers and act tough.

Even when people like that are on my side of the arguement, I just roll my eyes and ignore whatever they say. It makes my point of view seem stupid when people act like that.

You're asking the question, which implies you have a choice. That being the case, always opt for whichever makes life easier for you. Why choose to be "bothered"? That'd just be immature.

I wouldn't because obviously that dude is a loser, they have no friends, and they cry themselves to sleep every night because nobody likes them but Jesus and their mom. Seriously I would just laugh at them and be like don't talk to me.

You have a dirty mouth, and you're disrespectful of other answerers thoughts and opinions and little "stars" don't hide the fact that you were swearing like a trollop.
