Maximum case temperature of that 95 watt processor is 63°C. Try improving the airflow in your PC's case and move it away from the wall or tight corners with poor ventilation. Consider better coolers like the Arctic Freezer 7 Pro.

That temperatures can be normal.... In certain circumstances.

In your computer casing is closed and there are many things that block the processor fan, then it's normal. Try making space inside the casing.

If the PC case is already open and the fan having ample space. the it might not be so natural. However, that is a Pentium D processor which runs hot.

In any case, processors can work normally for up to 70 celsius. However, making is always stay that high is bad, and will shorten the life span of your processor.

No, This is not normal for an idle temperature. If your CPU is just sitting doing nothing, 50c+ is bad.

However, if that 50c temperature was taken during a CPU intensive task, it's not all that bad.
