If it were an English word, that would be an interesting challenge. But it is not.
If it were an English word, it would be a palindrome, possiby represent onomatpeia, be an invaluable six letter word for those weird crossword puzzle spaces, could be read in a mirror and would form another word mommom if it were turned upside down.
But as neither wowwow nor mommom are English words, none of that applies.

It's one of the few words with a double w?
wowwow (and it's a palindrome) glowworm, meadowwort, strawworm, powwow

**wowwow is 'the agile, or silvery, gibbon'. The name comes from its cry.
