your still under 21. They can not "serve" you but can sit in their bar, but they cant stop your husband from buying you drinks.

The drinking age law for Washington state is:
Under 21 may consume alcohol if parent or guardian is present.
Of course in Oregon its:
Under 21 may consume alcohol only if married AND if spouse or guardian is present.
Every state prohibits the purchase of alcohol by person under 21, but each state is different when it comes to consumption. Check out the MSNBC story on the subject.

you can get into bars even without being married as long as the person is 21 and up it's fine you dont have to be married. but to answer your question yes

some bars will let you in at 18 but will not let you drink and will stamp your hand with a big x or a blacklight stamp so that noone will serve you so you may get in but not be able to drink the bars that you have to be 21 to get in still will not let you in even if you are with your husband

That is rediculous! Your husband can get into the bar because he is of age, but you have to be 21. That is the law!

it doesnt matter if ur married or not bc ur still underage...its like saying if im under age can i still go to a bar if im with my mom...in order to be in a bar you have to be legal to drink you cant have a chaperon

Sorry to say.No my ex and I took our daughter and her husband out and she was 20 he was 22 at the time and no they would not let her in.Sucks don"t it?
