Playing around to much on Y/A Just me. LOL. But I have a advantage point if my supervisor comes in and checks up on me. Also I had kidney stones last year to. And I think I'm getting them again. I don't like the thought of having that stint up in me for a week after surgery. Since doc said the sonic waves wouldn't work on me.

I had a kidney stone. It was a time in my life when my diet was, well...not so good. It passed naturally (and painfully). Since then (at least 7 years ago) it has not returned. Of course I have drastically changed my diet. Increasing raw foods in your diet (preferably all raw) with digestive enzyme supplementation will allow your body to focus its production on enzymes to break down the stone, instead of producing enzymes to digest your food.

Ehm..
It's sad to say that Kidney Disease is the new American epidemic that attacks over 40 million people ever year and over 200 million worldwide. 10 months ago my Doctor told Me these depressing words "Your Kidneys Are FAILING!". I didn't know what to do to heal my kidneys I was terribly worried about being chained to a dialysis machine for the rest of my life. Luckily I was able to almost completely reverse my problems thanks to some great doctors here in Chicago.

I also found many interesting and eyeopening info about my condition on this site http://kidneydisease.toptips.org. Check it out!
I hope it helps

It all depends upon the variety of kidney stones constructed, there are three, however I'll simply inform you approximately probably the most ordinary variety. one million. Calcium Oxalate Stones - These are constructed through accelerated urinary calcium. This is mostly the outcomes of immoderate calcium absorption, however no longer continually. The prevention and remedy plan for this variety of kidney stone is to eat a minimum of 12-sixteen cups of fluid (water, tea, espresso, wine, and beer...apple and grapefruit will have to be have shyed away from) an afternoon. Thiazide diuretics support scale down urinary calcium through editing calcium REabsorption within the kidney tubules. Other medicinal drugs comprise cholestyramine (which reduces oxalate absorption) and allopurinol (which reduces uric acid creation within the frame). Diet Therapy entails changes in calcium, oxalate, protien, and sodium intakes. Your pal will have to eat ample calcium from meals resources (800 to 1200 mg/day) when you consider that nutritional calcium combines with oxalate within the intestines, lowering oxalate absorption and serving to to manipulate hyperoxaluria (accelerated urinary oxalate phases). Controversely, low-calcium diets advertise oxalate absorption and bigger urinary oxalate phases. Foods prime in oxalate will have to be restrained when you consider that nutritional oxalate contributes to urinary oxalate content material. Email me in order for you a record of meals prime in oxalate. As prime protein and sodium intakes develop urinary calcium exrection, slight protein intake and sodium limit are told.

Hi,

Try goji berry juice. It's 100% all natural, no over dose, no side effects, and taste so good! It's not herbal (like roots, leaves, seeds, rind, etc.) but a juice (like apple or orange juice). Our patients get good results treating their kidney stones with goji juice..

Good Luck!
