Nothing fast acting. I think a nice lamb roast with garlic and mint. I'd "spice" the sandwich with tightly wound green bamboo slivers and powdered glass. The combo would slice up his insides, death would be very slow and painful

A nice pulled pork sandwich on a home made roll with barbecue sauce, a little cole slaw, baked beans with bacon, and French fries fried in pork lard.

One of those bear clamps with a grenade in between...so when he swallows the mini-grenade, his mouth will be clamped down and his head will explode :)
