The answer is D - guaranteed
Two colonies were absent from the first - Georgia and Rhode Island.
Independence was not being seriously considered at the first congress in 1774
It lasted about 50 days, so you could not say it met and adjourned "shortly - though fifty days is not terrible long for such a convention.
They did call for a boycott which was very successful though not "complete" since there are always those who will trade anyway if it serves to profit them.
