theres no right amount to have sex but if you want it more often then try initiating it. he might be more willing if you spice it up. try games or props or toys. new positions, food. anything that might make it more fun. try giving him a massage first to relax him. try things out and see what seems to work for him. the more fun it is the easier it will be to get him in the mood

Anti-Depressants may decrease sex drive. Constant alcohol use can decrease sex drive. Its all up to personal preference about the number of times. Honestly I think the more the better. Anytime in the schedule I can I DO. I would try some herbal medications or look online for natural aphrodisiacs.
See if wants to try for you.
If he is wants to try it for you then good go ahead. If it doesn't work try a doctor about changing medicine.
If he doesn't want to have sex anymore find another husband. One not having sex and on medication at 29 needs to go ;). LOL (I'm kidding)
You may have to consider it if it worses, you don't want to always grave emotional fulfillment with someone that wont ever be able to do this for you.
Left a link for the aphrodisiac foods for you

Don't mess with the drugs. Go talk to whoever prescribes his drugs to see if there isn't something that suppresses sex drive. Less than once every few days is too little in my book. Some people do it twice a day. Some get by with a few times a week. You obviously need more attention.

Depends, how long the 2 of you have been together, or possibly your age. My husband I kept the fires going for a long long time- 11 years, with at lest 3-4-5-6-7x a week, occasionally twice a day. Definetely antidepressants have ALOT to do with it, but men's testosterone levels decrease just like our estrogen does, and then the sex drive goes right out the door. Maybe check that out. He's so glad he did, alittle clear gel a day on the arm has done WONDERS, and he is sure glad he wasn't too proud to not have checked that out with his doc! His doc said it even happens to young guys too.

There is no set number. anti-depressants sometimes decrease sex drive. if you don't feel your getting enough then your not doing it enough. you should be satisfied. the blue pill has no shame. sex is very healthy for a relationship. We are taught sex is bad, and we shouldn't do it..blah blah..when we are younger because of propaganda. sex is beautiful, and you should get enough to where you don't have to post about the proper number in a yahoo answers board. Not a knock on you, just saying that your number should definitely go up.

Yes anti-depressants most likely will lead to a lower sex drive. With a horny girl like you why would he be depressed? Everyday would be fine, but 2 to 3 times a week is normal.

I would say a minimum of 3 times a week. You and your husband have to get up and get out and get some fresh air and sunshine and exercise. Take multi-vitamins high in the B complex, stop eating fast food and junk food. I worked with a man who said Z-Bec vitamins made him horney. Do something to have fun together--gosh, their are people in their 80s who are having more sex than you guys. Where are you going from here. Get off the couch and the computer and do something to stir up your endorphins.

Anti Depressants most certainly are affecting his sex drive.
All married couples are different. Some couples are content with having sex once a week, and some are content having sex once a month.
Seeing as you're both young, you should be having sex more often, but his medicine is affecting him.

You should be having sex as often as you and your husband feel you should be. Anti-depressants can decrease sex drive so he might want to speak to his doctor about that.
