3 ( 9 x ² - 4 y ² )
3 ( 3 x - 2 y ) ( 3 x + 2 y )

27x^2-12y^2 = factor out a 3

3(9x^2-4y^2)... now you can foil it out.

3(3x-2y)(3x+2y) and thats it!

= 3 (9x^2-4y^2)
= 3 (3x-2y)(3x+2y)

well reduce by 3
3(9x^2-4y^2)

now 9x^2 - 4y^2 are difference of squares so this is your answer=
3(3x-2y)(3x+2y)
