It would be fun to see Fox competing with E!, MTV and BET for an entertainment award. Don you think? Because sure fox is not a news network. The media here is becoming like the media from Japan, managed by the rich and govt.

Only if CNN and MSNBC are also considered entertainment networks. Why on earth do you believe they are better news sources then Fox?

Fox tilts right and the others tilt left. Watch both and synthesize the truth.

Fox is not news,it is entertainment for the right, just as other networks are entertainment for the left. You watch whatever your political persuasion is. The "news" should be purely factual without an slant, left or right. When they started competing for ratings they went sour. Their writers have become very astute in the ability to twist the "news" into a left or right slant. O'Reilly on the right, Olberman on the left. I personally lean a little to the left, so I watch Olberman. However I am very conscious of the left agenda of Olberman. Entertaining!!!! By spinning the news with a political slant they hope to persuade the listener to their way of thinking.I would like to find a neutral news outlet. News only, no political spin. Know one??

Don't you know that it isn't illegal to slant the news. Fox isn't doing anything illegal or anything that the leftist-owned media doesn't do as well (for example, the NY Times is famous for publishing Communist propaganda in the 30s, covering up Communist atrocities, and failing to admit its own errors).

All of the media has long been corrupt. However, nowadays, there is a free press once again, which is known as the blogosphere. There hasn't been a free press since the beginning of the "Progressive" Era a century ago.

Only if the other major networks could be grouped in there too.
I have never gotten how the liberal left can say things like this about Fox, and then be completely blind to the other major news networks and their blatant left slant toward everything that is "news". I don't trust anything any of them say, but at least I acknowledge that they are all biased, and don't stupidly accuse just Fox of bias and selective reporting.

It's main competion is Comedy Central . They make Stephen Colbert & Jon Stewart really work for it.

Btw , did you see the post -Ahmadinejad commentary? Hi-freakin'-larious!

Watching the freedom-loving(supposedly) would-be speech stiflers get all hysterical over it , was as entertaing as the main event . (What exactly are they afraid of , anyway?). While listening to the parade of critics, I momentarily forgot which president they were talking about . I've long thought Bush and Ahmadinejad were much alike, but never realized how much . A partial list from Newt , et, al:
)Imprisons people indefinitely, without charges :check
)Tortures said persons : check
)"Meddles" in Iraq : check
)Has caused much violent mayhem & misery in other countries: check
)Ignores history and facts, and just believes what he wants to believe : check
)~Every other time he opens his mouth, he says something foolish, and embarrasses his country . ( gotta love those "Austrian"(sic) troops!).

This from the pro-torture,pro Guantanamo crowd . All with a straight face . They had no idea how funny they were . =))))))))

CNN (Clinton News Network) is a joke. Fox news is much better. Julie Banderas rocks.

A better label for Fox News is Fox Jazeera.

They after all a cheerleader for the right wing wackos. Didn't Neil ( I got my *** kicked everyday at school) Cavuto once ask,"Is Bush the greatest president ever?"

What a bunch of idiots. But if Fox Jazeera is number one, then the dumbing down of America is complete.

This ignorance gets tiring. The lefties say Fox News is bad and all the little George Soros geese get in V formation and fly as he says. How ordinary.

Looks like to me that you're another bleeding heart liberal who just seems to be butt hurt that a conservative news network has the highest ratings.
