try one of the creams that are supposed to delay ejacutlation!
or you could try viagra or cialis or levitra or something like that if you have ed and legitiamate excuse to use something like that!
there are products on the market called extenze and things like that are sold on tv and the net, but if you use them you better be carefull!
and you know lasting for hours really wont please the woman she will get tired of it and want you to come so that she can have a rest from the intercourse. if you really want to please your woman try more forplay and some oral she will love it if you give her oral for quite a while! and then you can have intercouse and go for as long as you can and you will both enjoy it more!

Who lasts for hours? lol.... Dont have such a high expectation for yourself, shed probably be rolling her eyes after too long. Ask her to let you know what pleases her, and take it from there, dont put a time limit, although realize what is not long enough, (ex. 5 min.) Honestly, it does not matter to a woman, how long, she does not want hours, just to be satisfied.
