Here is the entire 2007 postseason schedule. Games 6 and 7 of the WS, if necessary, would be on October 31 and November 1.

Game 7 is scheduled for 01-November.
The schedule has extended into November before.
In 2001, thanks to the unpleasantness in mid-September, everything was pushed back a week. The Series did go to seven, with the finale played on 04-November.
In 1989, the A's swept the Giants, but the shaky California real estate delayed Game 3 by ten days. Had the Series gone the distance, Game 7 was scheduled for 01-November.
This season is the first time the schedule extends into November without extenuating circumstances, however (unless one considers Fox's abominable handling of the baseball contract to be such).
