If you are looking for receipts, for example the customer paid in full after the service was preformed, you could go to a printing company (Kinko's, Office Depot) and have some printed. They usually have examples and you just add your information. If you are looking for actual contracts, where the customer is financing the repairs this website might give you a few ideas.

If you go to the "contract forms" area several examples are given.
Hopefully this helps.

If you are saying that you need written contracts, then go to an attorney.

Use yellow pages or try asking friends.
