try to remember where you left yourself
this might sound like I'm being sarcastic but I'm not.
We do lose ourselves and for many different reasons.maybe we've felt we have lost for a long time, which can prove a struggle to many of us.
the missing pieces you mention can be for many and hugely varied reasons, some minor others major some incomparable. it maybe that many of those missing pieces may never return.
I guess you have to find a way through.

This may be a chance for you make yourself different. To be a totally different person. Sometimes the lost pieces are better not to be found

Depends how deep pieces are buried.
I went back to the point where I lost "me". Looked at it, re-evaluated it, tossed it aside. This did take a few years.
Then started again with a clean sheet; but with lessons firmly learnt!

If I lost my self then I lost my faith too
I never lost my self even in the dark moments bass by around us so with good believe we will not lost ourselves.
