The United States making nuclear weapons and other weapons it wants while placing strict sanctions on other countries for doing the same thing. The arrogance comes in the ethnocentric, paternalistic belief that we "do the right thing" and know how to properly handle ourselves and our weapons but other countries are just like little children who need our guidance.
