in all seriousness, i can see the morbid side of all things. i get annoyed when people are all giggly. i know for a fact that there is no rainbow around the corner (but if you point at a rainbow you will break something, true story, i did that once and accidentally broke a glass on vacation, the glass broke into three pieces). I have developed a dark sense of humor. Through pain and jealousy i have changed, i first noticed that when i wrote an essay last year where all the human characters were slaughtered by mutant birds. and, in my other two essays last year, a girl had all her hair burned off by a flamethrower, and i made everyone disappear. And that is how i have changed, i used to be a very sweet and innocent little girl, but yeah, not anymore.

Well, at some point along the way, I began to realize that I will not have everything handed to me on a silver platter (i swear i'm not that spoiled :\ ). I realized I have to work for what I want, and I have to work hard. My priorities are a helluva lot different from even just last year. Also, I was diagnosed a few years back with a life changing disease, and that has forced me to grow up and change my point of view on things. I'm finally getting my head on straight.

i am 30 years old and i am still learning about myself, mentally. i learn something new every day, and i have found that my tolerance level towards other people and their strange personalities has grown just in the last year. i do not have any children yet, which i wonder if that makes me less mature? i don't have any real responsibilities except basically my job and getting the bills paid. i wonder if I'll ever settle down........

pretty much when I was a child
I thought adults were awesome gods
like that they had it all together being all grown up

now as an adult
and having dealt with so many people in so many different places
I now realize all adults are just children too - just more older and often far less playful - but still fragile and unknowing of a lot

i really like the way i've grown up.
i'm defiantly smarter (I love being smart) and just being able to understand things better. i feel like i know myself better too. Reading books definatly helped with all that, ha i would be lost if stephanie meyer's books didn't help me wake up.

brain growth never stops :)

I think I am wiser...I still make stupid decisions sometimes, but I think I realize that I know better (and do it anyway).

for years I thought I was getting more mature each year and wiser...but no, not true at all .... It's more like how Homer Simpson gets stupider every season.... that's what aging has really done for me...lol
