Water breaking isn't always a big whoosh of water - I think you need to get it checked out. If you water did break, you risk infection if you wait too long. Please call your dr.

you should make sure you are drinking water!!!! if you are having more than 4-5 contractions w/i an hour, then you may certainly want to call your dr. the sharp tightening/squeezing in your vaginal are probably ligaments stretching and your baby is probably just getting in position. White discharge is pretty normal, but clear constant fluid is more for leaking. you're probably good but don't feel ashamed to call your dr. and know for sure. This could be your 10th child and you could still not know for sure, so don't let any of that bother you. good luck!

Just because you lose you mucus plug doesn't mean your going into labour. I lost mine feb last year and thought I was miscarrying as my cervix was also dialated according to internal ultrasounds well I carried the baby to 37 weeks (same as sibling) with no other complications and no hint of imenent labour. I have never had braxton hicks or contractions that were not due to being on the drip to induce me (waters break at 37 weeks, luckily both times at home) Currently 35 weeks with bub no 3

If you believe you are in labor then you need to call your OB right now. You are too early to have this baby and if you are in labor they will try to delay it and possibly give you medication to make the babies lungs develop quicker.
If the contractions stay steady and are not relieved by moving around or lying down then you may be in the early stages of labor. It never hurts to call the OB, she will most likely want to see you in the morning...if she doesn't want you to go directly to the ER.

Girl, I have never been pregnant, but I think you should call your ob/gyn!! Don't hesitate!! My sister had back pain during labor with both pregnancies because babies were posterier (facing up). Call your doc!!!!

have sex! something in semen (i cant remember what its called) releases some hormone which causes you to contract and could push you into labor...search on ways to naturally induce labor and you should find a bunch...walking is another one...cant think of much else
