r ² = 65
(x - 5) ² + (y + 4) ² = 65

The equation of circle with center(5, -4) is

(x - 5))^2 + (y +4)^2 = r^2

where r = radius

as it passes through(-3, - 5)

(-3 - 5)^2 + (-5+4)^2 = r^2

64 + 1 = r^2

r^2 = 65

So
the equation of the circle

(x - 5)^2 + (y + 4)^2 = 65
