No, I do not believe that. You gain respect by being stern but not angry. Intelligent, but not violent?
You have to make sense....not nonsense behavior.
Otherwise, everyone will make fun of you later on.
Because crisis situations can occur in ones life and if anger dwells within someone then cannot solve the dilemna?

Anger can be a very disruptive and violent emotion, and the things that come out of our mouths when angry are just as hurtful as the physical abuse.
If evil power is what you want, perhaps so. Adrenalin rushes, men slam their children's head against the wall, shoot innocent bystanders, etc. etc. Does that make you powerful? No. It makes you a jailbird, the least powerful of all of our species.
I'm not following your line of thought here, sir, but I would have to say that to be powerful in the US means climbing ladders--social, business, networks, mass advertising, risking money and gambling to win. In the US, it's all about how many people will listen to you. The powerful are the President, or the CEO of Microsoft, or the queen of TV talk, Oprah, who caused a major drop in beef sales because she said she was afraid of mad cow disease. If you want to be powerful, you work hard, climb the ladders, and make yourself rich & famous.
Now that you've seen the secret to great success in the US, I think I'd see that doctor, just in case. Psychiatrist, please.

Yes, but it isn't just anger. In any times of extreme emotional stress, people tend to be able to do extraordinary things. Such as lift cars off people. But this is due to the fact that adrenaline is released during these times making you stronger and the anger worse. This is why some athletes play better when they are angry.

Yes, Fear and Anger can make you more violent and more strong due to the fight or flight reflex in the human body which states that the human will either fight the enemy or run away.

Yes, when you are angry you are full of adrenaline, which would increase your strength and increase violent tendencies. Really powerful people are reasonable and thoughtful when dealing with others.

Yes it does because of the adrenaline rush, but learning to control your impulses while you are angry is what is important.
