a lot of the pumps here (pennsylvania) say 16 or older to use it. I think they want you to be of driving age to operate the pump.

I'm 16 years old and I've been pumping gas for my parents since I was big enough to pick the gas pump handle up. As far as I know there is still no age limit however most places require you pay before you pump the gas in order to prevent people from driving off without paying.
Hope this helps!

To be honest, I don't know if there is an age limit or requirement for pumping gas. When I was younger, I would ride my bike and get a gallon of gas for the lawn mower to cut the grass. I just got back from NJ where you can not pump the gas legally yourself. They have to pump it. It is the law.

I know I've seen signs that say only licensed drivers should pump gas. But this is more of a question for the local officers.

i really don't think there is an age limit on it,as long as he knows how to do it,they wouldn't say nothing to you unless he ran it over or something, but as far as there being a rule on age with this i don't think one exist,as long as he knows how to do it ,it should be alright, good luck.
