The Chevrolet Monza was originally offered in a 2-door fastback hatchback coupe bodystyle (which it shared with the Oldsmobile Starfire and Buick Skyhawk) that was referred to as the “2 + 2 Coupe” in sales literature. Initially there was a bare-bones Monza ‘S’ 2+2 model and a better-equipped plain Monza 2+2.

This means that it has 2 Bucket Seats up Front, and a pair of Shorter Bucket Seats in the Back.
Esensually, this means that there are 2 Front Seat's, and 2 Back Seat's. The Back Seats are normally Smaller, with less foot room. 2+2 Seating is usually arranged for Sports Car's and alot of Muscle Cars.
Good Examples of 2+2's are the Following:
Camaro's & Firebirds, Niasan 300ZX & HardTop 350Z's, Eclipse's & Talon's, Chrystler Sebring Coupe & Convertable, Dodge Avenger Coupe's, Toyota Celica's, Honda Civic's, Acura Integra's & RSX's, Mazda RX-7's & RX-8's, Ford Mustang's & Probe's, etc.

The 2+2 means that you can seat 2 people in front and 2 people in the rear. When they use that designation, it usually means that you can just barely fit 2 people in the back. So you won't have a lot of room in the back.
good luck.
