Take it in to an oil change place, and make an appointment to get the fluid changed. They have the equipment that will extract the old and put in the new. They will hook the machine to the transmission cooler lines and one line will pull out the old fluid and the other line will install the new. You can see when the fluild comes out clean, then you know it is fully changed. If you do it yourself, then you still have the fluid left in the torque converter and that is quite a bit of fluid.

It is easier to have it done, than mess with it.
