Since adenine matches thymine, thymine will be 13%.

A + T = 13 + 13 = 26%.
That leaves 100 - 26 = 74% for the others, which are C and G.
74/2 = 37
37% cytosine
37% guanine

if A is 13%, then T also 13%
the other, (100-26)/2 = 37%

so, C = 37% and G = 37%
