Austria is an older country based on the Holy Roman Empire and Hapsburg Empires. Its name is actually a latinized version of the Germanic language name Osterreich.

Austrailia is a younger country based on the English penal colonies that were created there. Its name derives from the latin word "Australis" meaning The South

They have no physical relation.
