I have trouble with them both for different reasons.

a sports bra alone gives me no support and the underwire sometiems doens't fit where it's supposed to . I have the hardest time finding bras that fit properly as well... The straps always fall off because bigger bras (36D) are made for taller women and I'm only 5'1"

I don't wear bras ! But I think underwire is good for night banquets and sports for exercise classes. Or just get rid of it.

Usually underwire, but sports bra when active.

I am not large-chested, so I prefer underwire and slightly padded...underwire can be painful if they start poking in the wrong places...

sports bra for well, sports, gym, etc.

otherwise normal underwire. sports bras are not that flattering under normal clothes.
