Since you are using an acid to break the oxygen linkages between the monomers you would also have the conjugate base of what ever acid you were using.

If you mean in terms of other monomers then it depends what polysaccharides you are hydrolyzing. Cellulose, starch and glycogen would give you only glucose where as chitin would give you glucosamine and peptidoglycan would give you glucosamine and muramic acid and some amino acids.
