Yes it does. I have naturally curly hair and I wear one a lot when my hair gets long and it looks good.

Because it sticks out around the headband and really emphasizes it. If you have stick straight, non-floofy hair, it really doesn't look as great.

yes it looks very cute ry defining the curls (so it doesnt look frizzy and it looks really nice) with hair gel and spray, also try it with the way your avatar has it
