my 2004 f150's bumpers corner is just bent down about 3/4 inch. this wont effect any inspection issues right

You should be OK. You might be able to jack the truck up and place a 4x4 under it and start lowering the truck and try to straighten it up a little.

The beauty police inspection will :-)
I would say if it does not looks like a safety hazard like a part sticking out or some of that nature that someone can be caught and hurt. I would assume is fine. Just that is not pretty.
