Your making the assumption that all guys think the same thing about all girls, and that simple isn't true.
It all happens on an individual basis. Different guys look for different things in different girls.
however, most people (guys and girls) show interest in about the same way, getting nervous. If your talking with a guy and they seem to start getting nervous, chances are he likes you. I was so nervous when I asked my wife out on our first date, her friend ten feet away from me could tell I was shaking.

Some men are attracted to whores like Pamela Anderson. I'm not attracted to her, I think she looks truly awful. A natural look, kind of country-like is always honest and decent!

If you're confused head in the other direction. Anyone who makes it difficult for other to understand them, especially someone who interests them is a long journey down a very unnecessary path.
Find someone who knows what they want and doesn't always keep you guessing.

I think about girls all the time. Yes, the ones who have yet to ask me out.
What do I like about them... Hmmm, I would say that I like them to be fairly smart and not like all of the ones who try to be somewhat close to the celebrity girls who are druggies and sluts.
If you follow and wear what a celebrity wears, you have officially become a dumb person.

"Like" or "want"? there is a big difference :) If you want to know what are they like, of course they like intelligence, good education, and bla-bla-bla.... If your question means "what they want?.." you may find the answer from Oscar Wald. He said something like: if you will make him a god, he will leave you. If you will call for his worst instincts and qualities, he will kiss your hands (I do not remember the text exactly)
