Point of reference is the culprit. We humans have only a limited view on time. We cannot break free of the short time frame (a day, for example) in comparison to our whole collection of experiences (our life). In other words, a day is 1/365th of a baby's life, so comparitively, a day is reletively LONGER than to an adult, where a day is a mere 1/12775th of the life of a 35 year old. So, time seems to be going faster.
That, and we are busier as adults.

time has never changed, only your perception of it.
I know what your talking about. I remember when I was a kid, 5 minutes seemed like FOREVER. But over time, I have learn patience, and now 5 minutes seemes much shorter.

We see more as we grow older.
This makes the mind operate more, and so less on the passing of time.

cuz we have more of a concept of time...we know what can be done during that time...like i would stare at the clock as a kid and think that it would never change..i guess we are constantly thinking of things to do...who knows...we kind of get like a perspective of wat can be done in certain periods of time
