So can i run Bioshock with all the high settings, or can i run it at all? I have a Dell XPS 410 with Intel Pentium D 2.80 GHZ, 3 Gibabytes of Ram, a Nvidia Geforce 7300 LE, a 250 GB Harddrive, and DVD Dual Layer Drive

You only have an entry level (SLOW) graphics card. It does not meet even the minimum requirement of the game. Here's the system requirement:

Take note that MINIMUM also usually equates to slow and unexciting. Better refer to the recommended system.

Everything is good except for your graphics it will play the game all choppy.
