Not really sure what U are asking. It is sad but Not sure U can do anything about it. Maybe a kind word from you once in a while to the kids will help later on in life. Unfortunately I don't think people now days are very happy with there lives and take it out on the Innocent kids who don't even know why they are so unhappy. Even worse the kids learn to think this is the norm. :O(

I had a neighbor who was a drunk. He would go outside and start with us neighbors. after a few exchanges with each other we would call the cops and then have peace for the rest of the night. This idiot started in every night like clock work.

no, i dont ever talk to my neighbors, i've lived in this house for almost 2 years and i don't even think i've gotten a hi or whatsup from one of my nieghors. ohh wait...i take that back, one of them came over and said "hi, do you have an egg that i can have."

not really, I fell out with one neighbour once, and was upset and verbally abused her behind her back, but not to her face.

but this retarded little kid lives next door, so once me and my cousin were on the back porch and my cousin was on the phone and the kid tried to squirt waterguns onto our property. so i yelled at the little brat and said. "hey go home. we have electronics out here, you cant play like that."
