what exercises should I do to get them?

I am 13 and 5 foot 1 inch. Should I work out?

kobe? maybe its because he is a professional athlete that has spent practically his entire life running and jumping.

for you, a cheap at home exercise, stand on your tip toes and do squats. as many as you can. everyday for the next year.

Does he? Well, he must be loading up on calf exercises. Calf-raises, standing or seated, on the calf machine will do the trick. Do 3 sets of 15 reps with as heavy weight as u can handle but without sacrificing form.

kobe is 28/29 yrs ols.. he's been in d nba for 10/11 yrs now.. his strength training, infact anyone's strength training in the nba, is is grooling n very very tiring.. they spend hours conditioning.. they go to the wight room almost everyday.. u, ur still 13 n 5'1.. if you start lifting weights now u wont grow anymore.. u'll just be a bulky n small person, n that does not look good.. u can do some push-ups n jogging or running to strengthen ur arms n legs..

He doesn't have big calf muscles any more than he has a big brain.
