I would answer A and C.

The covering of the nucleus is called the nuclear envelope. It is a double layer, having two membranes. The nuclear envelope has many pores to let ribosomes and RNA go through.

I have never heard of the mitochondrial membrane being called an envelope. it is true that mitochondria have a double membrane, the outer one being smooth and the inner one being highly folded.

So I think A and C are both true, but not B.
